1.No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2.Eligibility

Open to grassroots football clubs based in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Entrants must be 18 years or older and authorized to enter on behalf of their club.
One entry per team is allowed (e.g., U10 Girls, U14 Boys). Multiple teams from the same club may enterseparately.
Skechers reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time.
Void where prohibited by law.

3.Entry Period

Entry Period:

Opens: 16:00 BST on Tuesday, June 17, 2025
Closes: 23:59 BST on Tuesday, July 1, 2025

Entrants may be contacted by Skechers, Pitchero, or My Club Group before, during, or after the entry period for purposes related to the competition, including communications, prize distribution, or promotional engagement.

4.How to Enter

Entrants must submit an entry via the official competition website www.skecherskitgiveaway.co.uk
A separate form must be submitted for each team.
Incomplete or inaccurate submissions may be disqualified.

5.Prize Details

Up to 66 winning teams will each receive a full football kit, consisting of:

1x Skechers jersey per player
1x pair of shorts per player
1x pair of socks per player
1x pair of Skechers football boots (entry- to mid-tier) per player Maximum: 15 full kits per team.

Kit Design: Each kit will feature the Skechers logo. There will be a designated space for clubs to add their club logo.

Runners-Up: May receive Skechers-branded training bibs.

Estimated Prize Value: £75 per kit; £1,125 per team; £74,250 total prize pool.

Sizing Disclaimer and No Returns Policy:

All kit items, including jerseys, shorts, socks, and football boots, will be provided based on the sizing information submitted at the time of entry. Skechers, Pitchero, and My Club Group will not be held responsible for incorrect sizing. No returns, exchanges, or substitutions will be accepted once the prize has been dispatched.

Additional Kit Availability:

My Club Group reserves the right to offer additional kit items beyond the competition allocation at a later date. These items may be made available to clubs at an additional cost, and any such transactions will be managed directly between the club and My Club Group.

6.Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected based on demonstrated need, diversity, and community impact.
All decisions made by Skechers Football are final and not subject to appeal.
Winners will be notified by email or phone using the details provided in their entry by July 2, 2025.
If a winner cannot be reached within 5 working days, Skechers reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate team.

7.Media Consent

Participation in media coverage is optional.
Each player (or their legal guardian if under 18) must sign a media release form if their image or name is to be used in promotional activity.
Clubs may opt out of media participation without affecting their eligibility to win.

8.Privacy and Data Protection

By entering this competition, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data by Skechers, Pitchero, and My Club Group for the purposes of administering the giveaway, facilitating communications during and after the competition, and for related promotional activities.

All personal data will be handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Skechers, Pitchero, and My Club Group reserve the right to contact entrants both before, during, and after the competition period for purposes including, but not limited to, prize distribution, eligibility verification, feedback collection, marketing communications, and future promotional opportunities. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Data Sharing Consent:

By entering this competition, entrants acknowledge and agree that their submitted data may be shared between Skechers, Pitchero, My Club Group, and Rising Ballers for the purposes of administering the competition, related communications, marketing, and future promotional opportunities. All data will be handled in accordance with the respective privacy policies of these organizations.

9.Intellectual Property

All content submitted (e.g., text, images) remains the property of the entrant.
By entering, you grant Skechers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any submitted content for promotional purposes.
All Skechers, Pitchero, and Rising Ballers branding and content remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

10.General Terms

Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or alternatives.
Skechers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at its sole discretion, including due to fraud, technical failure, or any force majeure event.
Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or manipulate the outcome will result in disqualification.

11.Liability

Skechers is not liable for any lost, delayed, or misdirected entries or technical failures beyond its control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded under law.
Participants accept the prize at their own risk.

12.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from or related to the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Entrants residing in other parts of the UK retain any mandatory consumer rights under applicable regional law.
